A Spontaneous Trip to the Zoo

Last week, we surprised three of our classes with a very special surprise: A spontaneous trip to the zoo!

Many of the children had never left Khanke - and suddenly they were standing next to a real tiger or a curious monkey. The children's excitement was tremendous - animals that they only knew from pictures or movies were suddenly standing right in front of them.

Another highlight: Dr. Suleman spontaneously joined our group and gave the children a small tour. With a lot of knowledge, and even more heart.

On the way back, everyone got a tasty wrap. An unforgettable day filled with amazement, laughter and new impressions.
