New Shoes, New Steps into the Future

This week, we were able to be part of a very special moment for our children: All of our 450 children received new, sturdy shoes! For many of them, these things are not a matter of course. Their joy just got bigger as soon as they got to try on their new shoes.

The sparkling eyes and beaming smiles of the children showed us yet again just how much small gestures of solidarity and support matter.

A big 'Thank-You' to Mariwan Jamal whose generous donation made this possible. Thanks to people like you, we are able to provide the children with not only education and care, but also with moments like these that touch their hearts and boost their confidence.

Every step in their new shoes will be a step into a brighter, safer and happier future.
