The German Bundeswehr is Visiting

Working together for our children - A big 'Thank You' to the German Bundeswehr!

More than 450 children receive a daily warm meal at our school. For many of them, this is the only proper meal of the day. That makes it so much more important for our kitchen to be well organised. A few months ago, the German Bundeswehr built beautiful tables and benches for our school hallways. Now, the soldiers have returned to improve our meal counter!

With a lot commitment, they built a new, long counter with a lot of space for all of the prepared meals and additional storage below. Now, our team in the kitchen is able to work even better and the children receive their meals faster and in a happier atmosphere.

As the children returned to school after the weekend, their joy was enormous! 

We would like to express our gratitude to the German Bundeswehr for their meaningful support - and the fact, that their help comes not only with tools, but also from the heart.
