Fire Protection and First Aid Workshop

A little while ago we mentioned that our employees and some of our students had participated in an important workshop regarding fire protection and first aid. Today, we're happy to announce that a second workshop for our children has successfully taken place!

30 of our students participated in the instruction with a lot of curiosity and motivation. Sadly, accidents involving fire happen frequently in the camps the children live in. Therefore it is even more important that our students now know how they can react in emergencies and help others. At the end of the workshop, every child received their own first-aid kit to take home so that they are prepared in case of emergency.

We'd like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the [Federal Agency for Technical Relief](https://www.thw.de/EN/homepage/homepage_node.html), Sabrina Manteuffel and Zana for their valuable support as well as [organisation JCC](https://jcckrg.org/en/page/about-joint-crisis-coordination-centre-jcc-31) for the wonderful realisation of this project. Together we can make sure that our children can look to the future with more safety and confidence.
