Happy Holiday Season

At the beginning of December, we had the chance of visiting the German School in Erbil's Christmas market with 20 of our students. What an exciting day! For many of our students, it was their first time getting away from the refugee camps and visiting the nearby city Erbil. Seeing a different school and getting the chance of witnessing first-hand how the students organised their own christmas market was a very special moment for our students.

The day began with impressive performances by the students of the German School in Erbil that our students watched enthusiastically. Afterwards they were able to discover the christmas market, enjoy hot dogs and cake and take a moment to relax. A small break at the food stalls marked the end of the trip before we returned back to the camp, full of new ideas and impressions.

A big 'Thank You' to the German School in Erbil for their invitation and kind welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and are looking forward working together in the future!

At last, an eventful year is coming to a close. We'd like to thank all of our supporters for wonderful collaborations, commitment and numerous special moments.
